## Narrative

The turn pulley on the conveyor was plugged up with aggregate material. Employee shut the machinery off and tried to get the material loose with a  shovel. After no luck he tried again with a screwdriver.  The force of the material shifting caused the belt to turn backwards and caught his hand in the pulley.
