Employee was moving the roof bolter and he went to get out of the cab, his SCSR hit the left tram lever and his left leg was out on the mine floor and the cab drug his foot under the edge of the cab.Cause of this injury was not shutting off machine. Rules was a factor, miner attitude a factor, protective equip. not a factor, mining equip/systems not a factor.
