## Narrative

Employee was taking plastic lid off plaster bucket. Couldn't remove with full fingered gloves on because they where so bulky, so he had on a pair of fingerless gloves and when he slid his finger along bottom of lid to pull up he slit his left small finger causing a laceration which required 3 stitches.
