Narrative

Miner was working on the off operator side of the miner replacing a broken hydraulic hose that went to the brake system. Employee was working under the ventilation tubes against the rib and was replacing the side guard that protects the cover. He was trying to turn and lift the side rail in place when he felt a pull in the muscle in his leg.
