Narrative

Employee was moving mon-o-rail that was stacked on top of the stageloader and his grib slipped and he piniched his finger between the mon-o-rail and the stageloader deck. Cause of this injury was safety awareness. Compliance with rules/regs was not a factor, protective equipment was being worn (gloves), miner proficiency a factor, mining systems could be a factor.
