On 5/19 employee was poking the roaster when he jammed his wrist. He was able to return to work performing normal work duties. After several weeks, he continued to feel discomfort. Further ortho evaluation determined that surgery was recommended to correct the problem. Employee elected to have surgery and was taken off work on 9/8/06.
