Narrative

Employee is a mechanic; on 7/12/06 he was having striking pains that ran through his hands and arms. On various occasions he suffered from hands falling asleep and pain. He was examined by a hand specialist on 8/4/06, and was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome in both wrists. He had surgery to the right wrist on 9/8/06 and surgery on the left wrist 12/18/06.
