Narrative

Employee was hanging roof bolter cable and walking when his head contacted a belt ""L"" bracket that was installed in the mine roof. The bracket had been installed for a belt move and the roof was approximately 5 feet high. *Note: Referred to specialist for diagnosis on Sept. 14, 2006.*
