EE was assigned to the Powder Truck for the afternoon shift of Friday 9/15/06. After completing two rooms EE was loading the lifters on the third and as he stood up he felt a minor pain in his lower back on the right side. He agreed to see the clinic doctor and was diagnosed with a back strain and released to restricted duty. Employee was prescribed 800 mg Motrin for pain.
