EE was cleaning up around the #25 break overcast area intake, when he stepped on an 8"" block to reach on top of the overcast. The block gave away and EE twisted his ankle. EE worked til 9/19/06, at this time he informed me of the accident. He went to X-ray on 9/19/06. He returned to work on 9/20/06, with restricted duty, with no lost time.
