EE reported noticing pain in right shoulder becoming worse over approximate five week period. Referred to physician and then orthopedic specialist and diagnosed with ""right shoulder rotator cuff tendinitis."" Notified on 09/21/06 EE had received medical treatment in the form of an injection. EE has not missed any work time or been restricted as a result of this illness.
