A roof fall occured in the East Mains, #5 entry in the pillar line between crosscut #30 and #31. The fall measured approximately 60'x19'x5'-6'. The area was supported with 6' tension rebar bolts and 6"" square timbers. An undetected slip was determined to be the cause of the fall.
