Employee states that he was traveling down the number 2 entry of Main North @ x-cut 60+00 when a Dodge mantrip and a 3.5 Wagner scoop had a collision, front of mantrip to bucket of scoop, resulting in transporting both employee to Yampa Valley Medical Center.
