Employee was operating roof bolter on the 10 Right Section in #2 left crosscut. Started to drill a hole when a piece of rock broke loose approximately 24 inches from the hole and struck him in the upper & lower lip resulting in 6 sutures. He returned to work on 9/28/2006.
