## Narrative

A roof fall occurred on the 6 Left - 1 Left, 4 Main North panel.  The fall was located 1 crosscut inby the #1 unit section feeder in entry #0.  The cause of the fall was weak laminated shale and some geological slips.  The fall and immediate area was timbered off and access to the area was barricaded off.
