Narrative

The employee was using an allen wrench to remove a socket head capscrew from the deflector ring. The capscrew was tight and the employee was using a combination wrench as a ""Cheater"" to help loosen the screw. The wrench or the allen wrench slipped and the employee hit a 1"" oil plug with the backside of her left hand.
