## Narrative

A roof fall occurred on the 1 Left - 4 Main North panel in entry #2 at crosscut #88. The fall covered the 1C belt at crosscut #2. The cause of the fall was weak laminated shale commonly referred to as stack rock.  Due to recent falls in the area MMU-001 was withdrawn from the 1C panel and placed back in the 1 Left - 4 Main North sub-mains.
