## Narrative

Employee had jacked up a full car of rail ties back onto track. They lowered the jack but it was stuck under the car. Employee used a pry bar to remove the jack. When the jack came free, the employee fell into the ties on the car striking his right hand against the ties with the pry bar in his hand.
