Narrative

Three contract electricians were moving a cable reel trailer into position west of the north baghouse project area. Two electricians were pushing from behind the 4-wheeled trailer as another pulled the steering gear tow bar in front. While attempting to direct the trailer steering he lost his footing on loose gravel and fell into the tow bar causing an injury to his left arm.
