Narrative

Employee was assisting maintenance with changing out a 6"" stainless steel recycle line on A. Hyd-1. While trying to position a new line for installation, his fingers got pinched between the flange of a 6"" X 11.5' stainless steel pipe (approx. 230# pipe) and a channel iron on the stairs.
