A fall of roof occurred in the 1st Northwest Mains in the # 3 Entry at x- cut 26. The fall was approx 12,560' outby the developing section. The approx size of the fall was 22' long x 18' wide x 8' high. the area was supported with 6' fully grouted bolts and truss bolts.
