## Narrative

EE was helping co-worker close door on box car. Door moved a couple of feet, became stuck. EE then pulled on the door with both hands. The door traveled a couple of inches, stuck again. When the door stopped, ee felt a pop in both his shoulders and wrist. (surgery on 10/17/06)
