Narrative

The employee was repairing a drag chain on D31 Dragline and as he was positioning the drag repair link, he moved it with a bar and also by hand. As he was rising from a kneeling position, he realized that he had strained his back. On 10/20/06, I was informed that W/C has approved him for Physical Therapy.
