At the Galatia North Portal, one of the 3 load compensating chains broke on the Galatia North elevator. The elevator was inspected along with the shaft & everything else checked out fine. The elevator will operate at a reduced capacity until all 3 chains are replaced. The elevator was down approx. 4 hours.
