Employee states he has pain/numbness in both hands/wrists due to exposure in the work environment (use of air tools, tightening/loosening nuts and bolts, using hammer - vibration and drilling). Employee worked until 10/18/06 when surgery was performed for carpal tunnel syndrome. Employee started missing work at that time.
