This incident was to have occurred while this employee was waiting for the shuttle car to pass him. He was standing in a x-cut and did not notice that the snub was near him and he got flipped by the cable snub. Cause of this injury was safety awarness. Compliance rules/regs not a factor, miner proficiency a factor, mining systems a factor, protective personnel equip ok.
