An unintentional roof fall occurred at 27 break along the #5 underground belt conveyor in the #3 entry, size 25'L x 4 1/2'H x 18'W. Supported with 4' fully grouted bolts. No injuries, no equipment caught and ventilation was not interrupted. Fall will not be cleaned up.
