A roof fall occurred in the south sub main, entry #11, station #3801'. The fall was approximately 20' long, 20' wide, and 8' tall. The area was bolted with 6' & 8' point anchor bolts. The fall didn't affect ventilation, travel, cause injury or damage equipment.
