Narrative

EE was examing fresh cut coal face, when a piece of rock, approx 4' X 3' X 2"", fell from the top. The rock struck the EE's hand, smashing it against the boom of the roof bolter. This caused a laceration on EE's left hand, right shoulder and lower leg.
