## Narrative

Employee was using a hammer to loosen a corroded bolt. He struck the tip of his left little finger with the hammer. He did not realize the severity of the injury at this time. On 10-30-06 went to Miners Hospital for treatment of said finger, and was fitted with a soft cast for a fractured fingrer tip. He returned to work on 10-31-06.
