Found fall on weekly check of air ways-fall app 18' wide, 18' long, 6' high-finned with 6' torque tension and cable bolts-no injuries, no equip. involved no air blocked no blockage of escape way & will not be cleaned up-breakened off & dangered-plotted on mine map.
