On the 002 section, in the #3 entry, one block inby spad # 1764, an intersection fell. 18'wide X 35'long X 7.5'high. The area was bolted with 3/4 X 72"" fully grouted bolts. The roof was laminated slate & sandstone. This fall occurred over an idle weekend. The area was dangered off & will not be cleaned up.
