Narrative

Employee was Loading lime, she stepped back off the grating on the railcar and her heel slipped down about one inch, pulling a muscle in the back of her calf. The employee didn't want to go to the doctor, and is a Plant First Aid. 11-6-06, the employee noticed that her calf on this leg was swelling and asked to go to the doctor. The doctor examined her and restricted her work.
