An unplanned roof fall occurred approx 10,000' from the active face, measuring 30' length X 20' width X 6' height. No injuries were reported and ventilation was not affected. Passage of persons was affected. No equipment was involved. All entrances to fall have been breakered off and the area will not be rehabilitated.
