Narrative

EE was adjusting the rocker assembly on the ATRS, when a piece of draw rock fell, striking him on the head, hand and ankle. The draw rock measured 44"" long X 42"" wide X 4.5"" thick. EE was transported to a local ER where he was diagnosed with a sprained ankle and a broken finger on his left hand.
