Narrative

EE was helping load a mining component onto a dolly. He was standing on the right side just outby the dolly that was to be loaded. When the other workers started to move the mining component onto the dolly, the outby end moved forward & went off track. The dolly sat down on the employee's feet. He was diagnosed with a fracture to the metatarsal (middle) in each foot.
