Narrative

Member was operating a remote controled continuous miner cutting up a roof fall. A piece of rock fell on to the miner measuring 68"" long x 33"" wide x 18"" to 7"" thick as this rock was loaded into a shuttle car the rock fell off the miner onto theminer operators foot resulting in a severe contusion with swelling.
