On 11/5/06 an unintentional roof fall occurred on the 1st 42 South Belt, 61 cross cut number five entry. This roof fall was supported with 10' point anchor roof bolts. The roof fall measured 20' long x 18' wide x 10' - 15' high. The roof fall will be cleaned up and resupported
