On 11/6/06 an unintentional roof fall occurred on the 1st panel off the 1st West Sub-Main, 14 cross cut number six entry. This roof fall was supported with 10' point anchor roof bolts. The roof fall measured 20' long x 18' wide x 10'-15' high. The roof fall will be cleaned up and resupported.
