## Narrative

Employee was installing a roof channel.  The channel was sitting on the canopies. As the employee was installing the bolt, the channel slipped and ran down the bolt, striking the employee's left hand, lacerating the tip of his left thumb.  Employee was wearing company meta-carpal gloves at the time of incident.
