EE hooked up a piece of duct work for removal from abandoned plant. He burned all bolts around the bottom, had the foreman directing the crane, cable up the load stock & they stopped. The EE leaned over to check where the load was stuck & the load popped loose pinching his finger against a piece of steel. When he pulled his hand out it ripped the skin off of his finger.
