Narrative

Employee reported: He and a co-worker were bolting in the face of the no.4 entry. He was operating the tram controls repositioning the machine for the installation of the next row of bolts. As he was tramming forward & facing his co-worker, he stepped in a hole, stumbled & twisted his knee. His knee became sore & stiff by the end of the shift.
