Employee was helping to replace a swing transmission, it was hanging crooked. They hooked a come-along to it to help level it as they lowered the transmission. The come-along swung the transmission to the side pinching the employees thumb between the shaft and a bolt. Employee continued to work, blood was drained the next day from thumb nail bed.
