## Narrative

Loco Opr/Switchman had dismounted the end car of 3. He was walking towards the switch in advance of moving the cars when he tripped on a small piece of loose wood and fell to the ground along the track bed. He had reached out using his left arm to protect his head and strained his left shoulder. On 11/16/06 PT was started to help to continue performing his normal duties.
