Two employees were on a temporary work platform attached to the #2 skip. As they were lowered into the flask area, the attachment hooks caught on the lip of the flask chute. The work platform became unstable and the employees fell approximately 8 feet to the bottom of the skip bucket. Each employee sustained a left leg fracture injury.
