A roof fall was discovered in the No. 1 bleeder connector entry of 1-right off 2 mains west and No. 1 north (1 break left of survey station No. 672). The fall measured 60' long by 20' wide by 6' high. There were no injuries or equipment involved. Ventilation was not affected. The fall will not be cleaned up.
