## Narrative

A contractor was operating the material handler dumping small scrap hoppers fromt the project area into larger roll-off containers. While attempting to manually return the 2 yd. tilt hopper back down in the locked position, the operator got her left middle fingertips caught between the top back edge of the hopper and back rest guard of the JLC material handler.
