## Narrative

After loading a shuttle car, the miner operator went behind the miner to line up the sights when the shuttle car, after failing to negotiate a turn, backed up resulting in the miner operator being pinned between the shuttle car bumper and the continuous miner boom. The miner man received muscle and tissue damage to the right leg, hip, back and abdomen.
