Narrative

The employee stated he was moving a 12"" length of mine track lying beside the track when one of the other ee dropped their end of the rail and caused the rail to drop from the other ee's hand and fall on his foot. He went to the dr on 11/9/06 and was to follow up on 11/10/06. He was diagnosed with a bruised foot. He continues to be off work.
