Narrative

The injured was a passenger in a manbus traveling on 3 East mains trackway toward 3 East #1 drive. The manbus collided with rock dust crew at Brk. 3 & 1/2. The concussion of the impact resulted in contusions of the right hip & upper chest. EE started missing work on 11/28/06.
